The Bulgarian Helsinki Committee is one of the oldest and largest independent non-profit human rights organizations in Bulgaria, established in 1992. We defend the most vulnerable members of Bulgarian society through legal aid, monitoring and advocacy. We also provide educational materials and information in various forms.
