On World Refugee Day, UNHCR appeals to leaders and citizens in Bulgaria to protect and welcome refugees rather than discriminate against them.

The Bulgarian Helsinki Committee has sent its alternative report on the rights of persons with disabilities to the UN Committee on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities.

In 2016, the global trends in human rights violations did not bypass Bulgaria.
