Here you can access the annual reports on the human rights situation in Bulgaria which the committee has published since 1993. Each report contains several sections on the different spheres researched during the respective year, e.g. right to life, rights of the child, excessive use of force by law enforcement officials, right to profess a religion and freedom of expression, conditions in places of detention, etc.

In this section you can find the committee's special reports which are available in English on the issues of access to justice, children with special needs, protection of ethnic minorities, juvenile justice, freedom of expression, and many others.

This section contains a list with links to reports on Bulgaria published by foreign and internaitonal organisations, including the European Commission, Amnesty International, the International Helsinki Federation for Human Rights, Human Right Watch and the US State Department.
