Supreme Court convicts government press office for refused information |

The Supreme Administrative Court ruled on 26 November 2003 that the director of the governmental press office, Tzvetelina Uzunova, should reconsider the refusal to provide the NGO Access to Information Programme with the regulations for keeping state secrets in force before 1989. According to the Court, Uzunova's failure to provide a copy of the document was unmotivated. The decision is subject to appeal. |
