Retired colonel shoots dead 16-year-old Roma |

The 16-year-old Georgi Simeonov, of Roma origin, from the Nadezda neighbourhood in Sliven, was shot dead and then his body was set to fire by a retired colonel. The boy and a dozen other men entered illegally the villa of the retired colonel. He took his rifle and started shooting, thus wounding Georgi Simeonov fatally in the head. Afterwards, he returned to Sliven, but did not call the police. Upon his return to the villa later on tha same day he set the boy's body on fire. He has been charged with murder. |
