PLOVDIV, 25 July 2001 - A second claim against the Zagorka Beer Brewery is to be filed next week, reports the Sega daily. The new claim will be filed by the Plovdiv Consumers' Centre.

The claim is against the brewery's commercial for one its products which says that all a man needs is "a new car, an understanding woman and a good beer". The claim will be for 5,000 BGN (5,000 DM).

The first claim against Zagorka for the same commercial was filed earlier this month by a female claimant in Plovdiv. According to her, the commercial was discriminatory in nature and detrimental to her prestige and dignity as a woman.

The forthcoming trial will be the first of its kind in Bulgaria.
