Rom shot near Kazanlak

KAZANLAK, 5 July 2001 - Slavi Velev, 30, was shot in the stomach, chest and right leg with pellets near the Rusalka bar in the Kazanlak suburbs. The incident occured while a group of Roma were stealing from a garden. Velev has been admitted to hospital in critical condition. The police are looking for the perpetrator.
